Those who refuse to acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord, forsaking all others and surrendering their will for His, they will be made to bow before Jesus and with their tongues confess Him as Lord on that dreadful day but those who love Him and are obedient now, of their own free will, on that day they will lay their crowns at His feet and will reign with Him in the place that He has prepared for them. So stop judging others, setting brother against brother but live according to God’s commandments so that His will is done in your life. 1 John 4:18 tells me that perfect love casts out all fear and if I love as Jesus leads me then I have nothing to fear in this life or the next. Death does not have a hold on me “for to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain”. (Philippians 1:21)
For we don't live for ourselves or die for ourselves. If we live, it's to honor the Lord. And if we die, it's to honor the Lord. So whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. Christ died and rose again for this very purpose—to be Lord both of the living and of the dead. So why do you condemn another believer? Why do you look down on another believer? Remember, we will all stand before the judgment seat of God. For the Scriptures say, "'As surely as I live,' says the LORD, 'every knee will bend to Me, and every tongue will confess and give praise to God. '" Yes, each of us will give a personal account to God.
